Information/Policy

Preorders- Please allow 14weeks for fabric to arrive after the close of round. This fabric will then be processed in our regular turnaround  time.

Please do not place preorder and retail orders together. The retail item will be held until the preorder item is ready to ship unless additional shipping is purchased.

Return Policy- Due to the custom nature of these orders we can not edit/cancel or change any orders once they are purchased. Please make sure orders are correct before placing.

Shipping- All orders are shipped by USPS with tracking. Additional insurance can be purchased with your order. We are not responsible for packages damaged, lost, or stolen during transit.
